Learn how to create your account, sign in, and understand the different user roles available on the platform.

1 Creating an Account

To access personalized features like progress tracking, you'll need to create an account.

  1. Click "Register" or "Start Your Journey" on the home page
  2. Fill in the registration form:
    • Full Name - Your display name on the platform
    • Email - Your email address (must be unique)
    • Password - At least 8 characters
    • Confirm Password - Re-enter your password
  3. Click "Create Account"
  4. You'll be automatically logged in and redirected to the home page

2 Logging In

If you already have an account, signing in is quick and easy.

  1. Click "Sign In" in the top navigation bar
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click the "Sign In" button

Tip: If you've forgotten your password, contact an administrator for assistance.

3 User Roles

The platform has different user roles, each with specific access levels.

Role Access Level
Visitor Browse learning modules and resources (no login required)
Member Standard user features + personalized journey tracking
Mentor Member features + mentorship capabilities (coming soon)
Admin Full access including content management

4 Changing Your Password

You can change your password at any time from your account settings.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Settings" in the navigation bar (next to your name)
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (at least 8 characters)
  5. Confirm your new password
  6. Click "Change Password"

5 Logging Out

When you're done, you can securely log out of your account.

  1. Click "Logout" in the navigation bar
  2. You'll be redirected to the login page with a confirmation message

Note: Your session will automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.
