Account Issues

I can't log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging in, try these steps:

  • Verify your email address is spelled correctly
  • Check that your password is correct (passwords are case-sensitive)
  • Make sure Caps Lock is not enabled
  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
  • If you've forgotten your password, contact an administrator for assistance

I can't access the Admin panel

The Admin panel is restricted to users with the ADMIN role.

  • Verify you have the ADMIN role assigned to your account
  • The "Admin" link only appears in the navigation for admin users
  • If you believe you should have admin access, contact a system administrator

My session keeps expiring

For security, sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.

  • This is a security feature to protect your account
  • Simply log in again to continue using the platform
  • Your progress and data are saved - nothing is lost when you log out

Content Issues

A learning module isn't appearing on the public page

Only published modules are visible to visitors. If you're an admin:

  • Go to Admin > Modules and check the module's status
  • If the status is "Draft" (yellow badge), change it to "Published"
  • Make sure you saved the changes
  • Refresh the /learn page to see the updated list

A resource link isn't working

External resource links may break if the target website changes. If you're an admin:

  • Verify the URL is complete (should start with https://)
  • Test the link in a new browser tab
  • Go to Admin > Resources and update the URL if needed
  • The external website may be temporarily unavailable

My milestone progress isn't saving

Progress should save immediately when you click "Mark as Complete." If it's not working:

  • Make sure you're logged in (progress tracking requires authentication)
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page and clicking again
  • If the problem persists, contact technical support

Error Pages

404 Page Not Found

This error means the page or content you're looking for doesn't exist.

  • Check the URL for typos
  • The content may have been moved or deleted
  • Use the navigation menu to find what you're looking for

403 Forbidden / Access Denied

This error means you don't have permission to access this page.

  • Some pages require you to be logged in
  • Admin pages require the ADMIN role
  • Try logging in with an account that has the appropriate permissions

500 Server Error

This error means something went wrong on our end.

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • If the problem persists, contact technical support
